The following Terms & Conditions apply to any purchase made with CT Global UK Ltd via www.oakfurniture4sale.co.uk or by telephone - 01482 895322; placing an order indicates your acceptance of these Terms & conditions.

Delivery

The delivery service is designed to offer you a service that is quick, efficient, convenient and good value for money. We have the most reputable delivery network to handle your deliveries. All orders will be delivered to the shipping address confirmed at the time of order.

All standard deliveries are carried out between Monday-Friday during the hours of 8am – 7pm. All lightweight items are delivered by a courier and heavy items are delivered by our 2 man delivery service. We will require a signature upon receipt from the person accepting delivery. You will be given time to check over your goods to ensure there is no damage, if you suspect any damage you must sign the delivery note as 'goods damaged' if the delivery note is not signed as damaged we are unable to process a claim. Subject to signing the delivery note as 'goods damaged', you have 7 working days from the date of delivery in which to report full details of any damaged items and we ask you to follow up your initial contact in writing with photos by way of an email to sales@oakfurniture4sale.co.uk.

Couriers delivering lightweight goods will attempt to deliver three times(separate days) before items will be sent back to our warehouse, at which point you will be charged for us to re-deliver the goods. All heavy items are delivered using a 2 man delivery to the room of your choice. The delivery company will contact you to arrange a suitable day & time for delivery, if you confirm a day and miss your delivery you will be charged for the costs incurred. 

Our 2 Man delivery partners delivering bulk and heavy items, will contact you within 10 working days of your purchase and will offer you a delivery slot on a date within 15 working days of purchase in the case of England and Wales.

Should delivery time be delayed we do not accept liability of any consequential loss. We will always inform you if there is a delay in your order or if items are out of stock.

PLEASE NOTE: 2 Man deliveries to apartment blocks will be delivered to the first floor only

Delivery company disclaimer

Please be advised that whilst every care will be taken by the delivery drivers, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur to your property or possessions whilst the delivery is in progress. Please therefore take care to cover any surfaces and remove items from the delivery area.

CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL

All products and services are subject to availability. CT Global UK Ltd reserves the rights to cancel or delay orders as a result of non-availability of products, fire, theft, supplier error, damage or any event beyond the control of CT Global UK Ltd and we shall not be held liable for any breach of contract resulting from such an event. Please bear in mind delivery times or dates may vary subject to change due to circumstances outside the drivers control such as extreme weather conditions or traffic. In this case, you will be informed and there will be no additional charge to you.

Privacy & Security

Secure Buying Online with CT Global UK Ltd. All orders placed online with us are taken and transmitted directly to Sage Pay & Paypal, our payment gateway, using a secure connection.  We do not store your card details and they cannot be seen by any employees within CT Global UK Ltd or Sage Pay. How Sage Pay Works - Sage Pay are our Payment Service Providers and they authorise payment with your Bank or Building Society. Sage Pay handle online credit and debit card transactions for thousands of online retailers. All communication between Sage Pay and CT Global UK Ltd is done using 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certification. One of the best ways to be sure your online transaction is safe is to look for the locked padlock icon in your web browser’s URL bar when you're going through the checkout process. When you see the locked padlock it is telling you two things: * The site you are using has a verified SSL certificate which is valid and usable. * Your browser has accepted the SSL certificate and has triggered encryption of data between your computer and our site whilst shopping with us, the address in your browser should always start http://www.oakfurniture4sale.co.uk.
The contract's content will be stored. You may store the terms and readily look them up. For safety reasons your order's data are not available via internet. We keep this data in confidence according to our privacy policy.
All data and information provided when placing an order with us will be used for order processing purposes only. If subscribed to our newsletter, you may receive marketing emails from ourselves only. We will not share any of your information with any third party.
Cookies are used in this shop, which are stored beyond the end of your current browser session. This data will be collected by Google Analytics, Piwik & AddThis, using your data cookies to generate pseudonyms for user profiles. You have the right revoke any given consents at all times. Should you want to speak to us regarding your information stored, please contact us using the contact form page. All of our customers have the right to correct, block or delete any of the data we have stored.
Refunds & Returns

Damaged/Faulty Items

Every care is taken to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition, however if you receive your item damaged or faulty please contact our sales team immediately upon receipt on 01482 895322 or email sales@oakfurniture4sale.co.uk You have 7 days from the date of delivery to report any missing, damaged or faulty items, we are unable to process a claim for a replacement any later than 7 working days. 

1. We advise to always inspect your item(s) immediately upon receipt.
2. The delivery note must be signed as 'damaged' for us to process a damage claim. 
3. If you discover damages/fault/missing parts these must be reported within 3 working days.
4. Any claim must be made via telephone (01482 895322) and followed up by an e-mail (sales@oakfurniture4sale.co.uk) supported by photographic evidence. We aim to respond within 1 working day. 
5. Returns can only be accepted in the original packaging and condition received.
6. Once a member of our sales team has received a claim, within 7 days of receipt, we will arrange for your faulty/damaged item(s) to be collected free of charge and a replacement will be sent to you at no extra cost. Alternatively we will issue you a full refund once we have received delivery of the damaged/faulty item(s). We will issue all refunds within 30 days. 

Instances when you cannot return an item for a refund:
Bespoke or made to order items are non refundable.

Cancellations 

If you would like to exchange or return your item(s) please contact our sales team on email sales@oakfurniture4sale.co.uk to discuss the procedure. You have 7 working days from the date of delivery to cancel your order. If your order is dispatched and you wish to cancel your order before receiving delivery a return charge will be applied.

1. We will require a written confirmation to sales@oakfurniture4sale.co.uk stating your request to cancel your order, please provide a brief explanation to why you have chosen to cancel your order; this will help us improve our service.
2. We aim to respond within 2 working days to confirm the cancellation and details of the refund amount due. 
3. Once a member of our sales team has received a cancellation request, within 7 days of receipt, we will arrange for the item to be collected and returned to our warehouse. Once we have received the item/s and confirmed they are in the same condition as sent and unused, you will be issued a refund within 30 days. The return charges are non-refundable. Please contact a member of our sales team to discuss return charges incurred at sales@oakfurniture4sale.co.uk 
4. If you fail to take care of the good(s) before they are returned to us and these results in damage or deterioration, you will be charged for the reduction in value. 
5. For your security and protection, all refunds are issued by the same method which the payment was made by.

This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellations by us
CT Global UK Ltd reserves the right to cancel your order if:

- There is an error on our website
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods to you.
- We experience an error on our suppliers' behalf.
Ordering

Shopping with CT Global UK Ltd is a fast and secure process. You can place an order via our website www.oakfurniture4sale.co.uk or by contacting us on 01482 895322. 
Once you have successfully placed an order you will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt and details of your order. It is the customer's responsibility to check the confirmation email and notify us immediately of any errors at sales@oakfurniture4sale.co.uk A follow up email will be sent once your goods have been dispatched. 
If you wish to cancel your order before the order has been dispatched kindly e-mail us at sales@oakfurniture4sale.co.uk as swiftly as possible quoting your invoice number and name. If the order has already been dispatched you will need to follow the instructions as per our Refunds & Returns policy. Should you wish to order from a country outside the UK Mainland please contact our sales team at sales@oakfurniture4sale.co.uk with your full requirements and we will prepare a quote for you.
Payment

All payments are taken at the time of placing your order. CT Global UK Ltd currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Maestro (Switch) through Sage Pay & PayPal (Fees apply)
Card payments are processed via our secure website – www.oakfurniture4sale.co.uk alternatively you can contact us on 01482 895322 and process a payment with a member of our sales team. Please note for us to authorise payments over the phone the registered card address must match the delivery address, if the addresses are different please purchase via our website. All payments must be made via PayPal (fees apply) or Bank Transfer for residents purchasing from outside the UK Mainland.
Product Information, Imagery & Pricing

All prices are quoted in British pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK V.A.T (Value Added Tax) and include free delivery. 
We endeavour to ensure colours appear as accurate as possible. However, due to varying displays on different web browsers, we cannot guarantee exact colour depiction. Please note the actual colour you see on screen may differ to what you receive. Attention is paid to ensure descriptions and dimensions of products are accurate, however slight variations may occur. It is not possible to guarantee items made from wood, leather or oil paint will have the same colour, shade, and pattern or finish as seen on our website, due to the nature of such products. We are unable to guarantee a product match for items ordered at different times. If you are concerned about an item's finish, colour, shape or pattern kindly contact our sales team on 01482 895322 or email sales@oakfurniture4sale.co.uk and we will arrange to send you a colour swatch if available.
Data Protection

CT Global UK Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. All information collected about you at the time of processing an order will be used lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will store your data securely and will not wilfully disclose any confidential information without your prior permission and your details will not be passed to any third parties for promotional purposes.

Your personal details will be disclosed to reputable third parties i.e. courier/delivery company only for the purpose of processing your order. CT Global UK Ltd requests all third parties to treat your information in compliance with all applicable UK Data Protection Legislation. 
All orders placed with us are securely processed and transmitted directly to Sage Pay, our payment gateway. We do not store your card details and they cannot be seen by any employees of CT Global UK Ltd or Sage Pay.

Liability

CT Global UK Ltd will not be liable for any business loss or any other indirect or consequential loss as a result of any delay in your order. CT Global UK Ltd shall have no responsibility to issue any credit to you by the way of compensation other than to refund the amount minus delivery costs. If you receive damaged/faulty good(s) or the incorrect item(s), we shall have no liability unless you inform us of the problem within 3 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
